My favorite way to relax is sitting on my deck at Bernard’s Landing and watching Smith Mountain Lake and the world go by. It’s best on a beautiful spring or fall day.

I just wanted to let you know that I tried the grilled pb&j that you mentioned on your blog. I can’t believe I have never thought about doing that before. It was a huge hit. My kids loved it and so did my husband and I. Thanks so much!

I saw you on Dr Oz and your recipes looked amazing. I truly believe I suffer from gluten sensitivity, are all your recipes gluten free??

Hi Susan – thank you so much for stopping by! Not all my recipes are gluten, but I make a good mix of both gluten free and non-gf recipes.

I’m also one of those who watched Dr. Oz. I was very impressed by you and already check out quite a few of your recipes. I’m already a fan :) Thanks so much for sharing. I don’t use microwave as much and so what’s your suggestion on some of your bake food. Should I use 350 degree in the oven and probably bake them 15-20 minutes? Thank you again!
