Brandi, I had no idea!! I love to cook, too, and am currently compiling a family cookbook. For the past several years, I've been grinding wheat and baking bread. I also try to substitute honey for sugar whenever I can. Seems like we have something in common. I like to cook healthy, but am unwilling to sacrifice taste for "health". So the trial and error begins. I'm so excited to dig into your blogging for new recipes!! Maybe we'll actually get to catch up in person soon. Tell Nick "hi".
