Happy Holidays to You!

by admin on December 26, 2012

I took a longer break than I thought I would…and I can pretty much guarantee that the break from the blog isn’t completely over.

I do have a few crafty posts that will be going up this week, but recipes will be on hold until next week. Nick and I have the rest of the week off from work, and I plan on enjoying it – without the computer.

We just spent 3 days with family for Christmas and I’m already missing them. Days spent mostly in pajamas, cooking all day long, singing and dancing around the kitchen, a bonfire to end Christmas Day, and good times around the table. No wonder this is one of my favorite times of year.

We’ve got a fridge full of leftovers and stocking candy to get through…which means my diet for the next 3 days will be ham, potatoes, mac’n’cheese, and sugar.

I hope you’ve had some good times with friends and family, good food, and lots of rest and time away from work and stress and worries.

Enjoy your break and the rest of the holidays! I went on an unplanned break. My last post was on the 18th and I couldn’t have been bothered to do anything blog related until now. ;)

Can’t wait to see your crafts!
