No bake desserts are my new thing! I’m think I’m putting them up on the list with college football (6. days.). That’s a pretty high honor, right there.

These little bites are dedicated to my little sister, Tiffany.

Our family friend Jill’s Monster Cookies were always some of her favorites, so….this is my way of trying to bribe her through the internet to come visit from miles away.

I think these are a pretty good bribe. She loved my other frozen cookie dough bites and has made them at least a few times.

But these? These are 10 times better than the first trial.

Peanut butter cookies aren’t the most popular cookies in this house, but when it’s mixed into a cookie full of chocolate chips, oats, and m&ms? That’s a different story.

The texture of these little bites is just what you expect from cookie dough – except without the eggs so you don’t have to worry about possibly getting sick when you eat 10 or 12 of these on a hot afternoon before fall hits for real.

Plus, they’re all whole wheat and oats-based, so they’re pretty healthy for a little snack bite.

Nick loves them, too – they’re going pretty fast. Tiff better hurry up if she wants any of this batch.
