Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate, and Salted Caramel Layered Mousse Parfaits

Remember when I made pudding?

Well, that pudding was tweaked, made again, and layered into these ridiculously rich parfaits with peanut butter, chocolate, and an extra pinch of salt. Aka, now that pudding is even more dangerous.

Before this recipe, I had never made a real parfait. Sometimes I wonder why I wait so long to make some of the easiest recipes.

The caramel pudding is exactly what you want: smooth, sweet, and super rich.

There’s a layer of peanut butter chocolate whipped cream (made with cream, dark chocolate, and Smooth Operator peanut butter) and some slightly sweetened whipped cream to balance out the sweet pudding with a little cocoa and some salt.

The only suggestion I have?

Okay, I have two.

1. Make these, and make sure you make a few extra…to test out.

2. Scoop all the way to the bottom and get every layer, in every bite. You won’t be sorry.

Check out the recipe today on the Peanut Butter & Co All Star Recipe Blog! I’m excited to be sharing a recipe using my favorite brand of peanut butter. Have you tried their White Chocolate Wonderful yet? That one is my kryptonite.

Want to win a jar of the Smooth Operator pb so you can make your own parfaits? Just comment on the recipe post from the prompt at the end and you’ll be entered!
