Fresh Strawberry Mojitos

This time last week, I was running around Seattle like a chicken with my head cut off. Like a crazy food blogger surrounded by 500 other bloggers. Like someone who had never seen a big city.

I don’t feel like a full week has passed since BlogHer Food started…but it has. This week has flown by – and without the pictures that prove I was there, I wouldn’t believe it. Most of the days passed by in a blur and I don’t remember most of the weekend. Not because of some fun reason like too many of these mojitos….just because there was so much going on and way too little time.

But these mojitos. Guys…these mojitos.

Remember when I told you I would have the recipe soon once I actually measured everything? Yeah. That was just a tricky way to have to make them again – to “measure”. Really, it just gave me another reason to make them while we had strawberries coming in by the bushel.

But the recipe is finally done!

And lucky for me, I’m debuting this springy drink over on We Are Not Martha – one of my favorite blogs by two of my favorite ladies.

Head on over to get the full recipe! And make sure you get these made – at least once – before strawberry season is over.

Want some other fancy Friday drinks? Here are some of my favorites:

Triple Citrus Margaritas

Cucumber Lime Spritzer

Strawberry Mint Sparkling Lemonade

Homemade Izze sodas

White Wine Peach Sangria

Do you think these would be good with vodka?! They look delicious, but unfortunately I’m allergic to rum!
