Remember the best meal of my life that I had last year?
The chefs and staff completely blew past last year’s meal last night.
In the meantime, I’m going through over 500 pictures from the two-night event, reading Chef Scheib’s book, prepping healthy foods for the week, and I just pulled what might be the best baked good I’ve ever made out of the oven.
It’s been a great weekend
Too bad I’m following up the best meal of my life with random leftovers. Can’t every dinner be a 5 star meal?
