Recipe Roundup

Nick and were I out of town again this weekend, which means I didn’t get any time to cook in my own kitchen. But, short weekend trips away are usually worth it.

I did help with a few things over the weekend and you’ll get to see one of those recipes soon : ) It’s super easy, too.

In the mean time, I’ve flagged a ton of recipes the past couple of weeks and can’t wait to try them!

Natalie’s Roasted Veggie Galette with Kalamata Olive crust – Nick and I are obsessed with olives lately, and this just sounds incredible.

Ashley’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Almond Butter – is anyone else wiping the drool off their keyboard?

Ashley’s Vegetable Korma – Thai Style – This looks like the perfect dish to use up veggies in my fridge

Joanne’s Meyer Lemon Bars, which I now have the ingredients for : ) More info soon!

Shannon’s Potato Pancakes with Spinach, Smoked Salmon, and Poached Eggs – You know we love runny eggs.

Kelly’s Pizza with Egg, Bacon, and Goat Cheese – Homemade pizza is good enough. Homemade pizza with bacon, goat cheese, and an egg? Kelly is a genius.

Holly’s Accidentally Perfect Vegan Cookies – They just look perfect!

Jessica’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls – No. words.

Brittany’s Garlicky Kale Salad – I have a bunch of kale in my fridge just begging to be turned into this salad.

Mara’s Stromboli – Stromboli reminds me of a family friend. He used to make us stromboli all the time, and I miss it.

Angela’s Double Chocolate Sweet Potato Oatmeal – One more reason to love sweet potatoes!

Jenna’s Oatmeal Cream Pies with Cinnamon Buttercream – Those Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies were one of my favorites growing up (along with Star Crunch) and these look like the best possible version of those.

At least this week’s is a better mix of sweet and savory ; )

PS: Don’t forget about the two giveaways I have going on right now:

The Gourmoo Cookoff Giftcard + Coupon Giveaway will close on Tuesday, and the Kroger Cart Buster Event + Giftcard Giveaway will close on Thursday. Make sure to get your entries in!

What’s on your kitchen radar this week? Any recipe plans for the next few days?
