Weekend Plans

I don’t know about you, but I’ve got fun plans this weekend- starting now!

Nick and I are leaving this morning to visit his side of family, including our little nephew – and I can’t wait! There will be pancakes, lots of baby time, trips to the farm, and a ton of fun. And probably some biscuits at some point. Plus, it’s a 3 day weekend, which makes it even better.

Since we’ll be traveling, I won’t get in my usual time in the kitchen, but there are so many things I’m dying to make!

On my list right now?

Kelly’s Buffalo Chicken Twice Baked Potatoes

Blue-Eyed Bakers Chocolate Orange Biscotti

Shannon’s PB Chocolate Cheesecake

Holly’s Salad, complete with Raspberry Bellavitano Cheese!

Jessica’s Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Muffins

Megan’s Chocolate Hazelnut Baklava (okay, I really just want her to make this FOR me) : )

Jenna’s Glazed Cake Doughnuts. One more reason I need a donut pan.

And many, many more.

What’s on your list?

Any new recipes you’re making this weekend?
