  75. I have not been home in 12 years for Thanksgiving. I’m looking forward to being with family and sharing a feast of a life time. Ive been on a tiny island in the middle of nowhere for so long….I use to dream of sweet pototoes and stuffing all the time. and most of all the cranberries! this year is the most important of all…my nephew is going into the Army and Ive been diaignosed with a terminal illness. So I can truly say I’m thankful to still be here.

  76. Looking forward to sharing my day with family and friends. Most of all, I am especially thankful for being so blessed with both ;-)

  77. I look forward to making my favorite Pumpkin Bread (the recipe makes 2 loafs!), and this is always a BIG HIT when serving it on Thanksgiving. Where the recipe calls for “oil”, I simply use the same quantity using Trop Traditions Coconut Oil (which I also cook with, not just bake with) and while the pumpkin bread still tastes like pumpkin (not coconut), it comes out SO MOIST, and I love the fact that I’ve not used the hydrogenated oils instead, as the recipes call for, which is bad for your health. The coconut oil which I always use when baking, makes my cakes, muffins, breads come out so moist and tasty, I’d never go back to using vegetable or canola oil ever again. I use the coconut oil in the skillet too, for frying things that don’t call for a huge amount of oil. The oil stands up to the heat, beautifully, and I couldnt be happier with it. I’m thankful for finding this “secret” ingredient which I now use for all my baking.

  78. I am looking forward to the stuffing as far as food goes. I also enjoy my grandchildren and time with family.
