I know I say this all the time, but how is this weekend over? I’ve got a post coming about our weekend, but I really don’t know how it’s Monday morning again.
Maggie’s sad to be back, too. She had so many people to play with over the weekend!
I was sad coming home, too.
But I was ready for this breakfast!
Pumpkin oats with peanut butter and dark chocolate.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/4-1/2 cup pumpkin
- pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp pb (TJ’s roasted crunchy flaxseed)
- dark chocolate chips
Seems like someone at Hershey’s would have made a fall edition Reese Cup by now – the combination of flavors is perfect!
I’ve got a few cups of coffee with my name on ‘em ;)
