Oops…I bought it again.
As soon as I saw them in Kroger this weekend, my hands starting moving towards the stacks on the shelf. It was in my basket before I knew it, and I wasn’t about to put it back.
After polishing off my first jar of PB&Co White Chocolate Wonderful in 2 weeks (all by myself), I decided to not buy it again for while.
It’s been long enough.
Truth be told, I’m not a big fan of white chocolate – but this peanut butter is my kryptonite!
I think the thing I love the most is how creamy it is. I’m normally a fan of crunchy nut butters, but this stuff spreads so easily and melts like butter on hot oatmeal and pancakes.
So what’s a girl to do with a new jar of one of her favorite peanut butters?
Go big or go home.
I didn’t care what else I had for breakfast. I just wanted a layer of melty white chocolate peanut butter on top.
And what could be better than white and dark chocolate?
My oatmeal mix was simple, leaving room for the peanut butter and dark chocolate to work their magic.
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup water
- pinch salt
- 1/2 banana, sliced
See how fast it melts?!?
