Look what I found!
I spotted the So Delicious® Coconut Milk Creamer at my little health food store, no less. I’m not a big fan of flavored creamers and I typically use skim milk or half’n’half, so I figured the Original would be the best bet for me.
Not bad for ingredients + NI, although no sugar (evaporated cane juice) would be better.
The good thing? This creamer is delicious. It doesn’t taste too much like coconut and isn’t very sweet – it just makes my coffee a little creamy, like I like it.
The bad thing? I’m not sure I can always find it here. The place I bought it from had it yesterday, but they don’t always have the same products in stock since they’re a small place. I hope they keep selling it, because I’m a convert.
Coffee rocked. Breakfast ruled!
Since we’re totally out of strawberries (and I knew we would run out before the week was over), I bought some raspberries for us over the weekend.
I love that the PB&Co peanut butters are vegan – they’re one of my favorite additions to a big bowl of oatmeal.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp pecans
- 1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Dreams pb
Time to finish my coffee and get to work!

Mine is definitely this coconut creamer. And the Tropical Fruit Tart Larabar! Love that flavor.
