Look what I found!


I spotted the So Delicious® Coconut Milk Creamer at my little health food store, no less. I’m not a big fan of flavored creamers and I typically use skim milk or half’n’half, so I figured the Original would be the best bet for me.

Not bad for ingredients + NI, although no sugar (evaporated cane juice) would be better.


The good thing? This creamer is delicious. It doesn’t taste too much like coconut and isn’t very sweet – it just makes my coffee a little creamy, like I like it.

The bad thing? I’m not sure I can always find it here. The place I bought it from had it yesterday, but they don’t always have the same products in stock since they’re a small place. I hope they keep selling it, because I’m a convert.

Coffee rocked. Breakfast ruled!


Since we’re totally out of strawberries (and I knew we would run out before the week was over), I bought some raspberries for us over the weekend.


I love that the PB&Co peanut butters are vegan – they’re one of my favorite additions to a big bowl of oatmeal.

Time to finish my coffee and get to work!

Mine is definitely this coconut creamer. And the Tropical Fruit Tart Larabar! Love that flavor.

  2. I’ve been wanting to try that Coconut Creamer…I’m a half and half user but glad to hear that the creamer is delicious…maybe on my next Whole Foods run! My favorite food find at the moment is mango flavored coconut water – YUM YUM YUM.

  5. I found a gluten-free, raw, dehydrated fruit bar at the Whole Foods near me. I’m addicted! They’re the tropical mango version of Lydias Organics bars and they’re amazing!

  6. Barney Butter! Ha. I know it isn’t new to the food blogging world, but they don’t sell it at my local groceries so I finally trekked to a neighboring city and bought some. I see what the fuss is all about, because it is delicious. I had to ration it because I was eating it so fast!

  7. My favorite new food find was the rice dream ice cream sandwich I got at a local health food store. Sooooo yummy and totally thought it was real :-)

  8. i’ve been looking for that creamer every where!!! I can’t find it! in the meantime i have trained my self to drink coffee and tea plain! which is good but i’ve missed cream in my morning coffee!! So cool you found some :)

    My new favorite find is sunflower millet bread from Great Harvest! It’s seriously the perfect bread for me :)

  12. I have yet to try the coconut milk creamer since I prefer my coffee black, but am tempted to try anyway! The dark choc dream oats look amazing.

    Hmmm, a new find…maybe Food Should Taste Good chips…

  13. Definitely Nutritional Yeast! I use it to make a good cheezy tasting sauce for chips, pizza, etc. And it’s packed with protein!

  15. that creamer sounds delish – and i don’t even drink coffee! tropical fruit larabars are one of my faves too. recently i’ve been loving betty lou’s products, which i just got sent a bunch to review – really great ingredients and delicious – they have some that taste like pop tarts, rice krispie treats, peanut butter cups – all my fave stuff without the crap!

  17. Delicious looking bowl of oats. I love raspberries!! and pairing it up with Dark Chocolate makes them even better :)
