Drying Out

Hi guys!

So…Maggie accidentally knocked over a glass of water all over my laptop keyboard yesterday afternoon.

Thankfully, my computer turned on this morning, but I’m giving it a little break to let it dry out and make sure nothing is wrong.

Last night was fun! Nick, his Dad, Maggie and I went to Glen Alton for walk outside and then had burgers at the New River Grille before coming home to watch The Office.

I made a new banana bread recipe last night that I can’t WAIT to share! It’s coming soon and it involves nutella :)

I actually just got some pretty sucky news, but it’s Friday and I’m not going to let it ruin my day or my weekend. Shouldn’t bad news be saved for Mondays or something? Blah.

TGIF!!! Back to regular blogging soon.

What are your plans for this weekend? Anything special going on for Mother’s Day?

  1. Ah, I would FREAK OUT if my laptop got wet (he says drinking water while he types). Hope things come out OK and can’t wait for the recipe!

  2. Oh no, hope the computer survives! I’ve done the same thing with a glass of wine, yea, don’t ask haha.

We are taking my mom to Lewis Ginter Botanical gardens for lunch on Sunday then dinner with The Man’s mom that night!

  3. I’m terrified of my laptop being damaged and Hunni had damaged it a few times.

Today we are going to walk on the trails at a mountain are near us and then tomorrow we are walking a 5k (I can’t run because of my knee) and then the tulip festival in Albany.
