5 Days of Peanut Butter

I think I’m officially addicted to the White Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter. Maybe it’s a good thing I can’t find the mighty maple?

I’ve had it with breakfast every day this week.

A good, filling breakfast was on the menu this morning because I have a crazy day ahead!

I decided to go with the apple + pb combo this morning and it was just what I needed.

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup water, pinch salt
  • 1 apple, diced
  • cinnamon
  • White chocolate wonderful pb

Nick also made some coffee, so I’m taking that on the road with me.

I better change and get going!

PS: How cute it this?

Maggie watches Nick leave every day from the kitchen window. So cute :)

Happy Good Friday!!!

What are your weekend plans?

What a simple but amazing breakfast! Now that spring has sprung and I can break out the sandals I’m going to treat myself to a pedicure and have a picnic with the family.

    That is the CUTEST picture!

Lots of hosting family for us this weekend – and we’re supposed to have fabulous weather, so maybe a run or two outside?

    Awww! Adorable pic.

I actually have the Mighty Maple in my cupboard, and I like it but don’t love it. It’s kind of gritty? It works best in oatmeal because it melts a bit and the gritty factor decreases.

I just found the mighty maple! It’s good! But not as good as WWW.

That is such a sweet picture. My cats do the same thing when my parents leave the house. So blasted cute!

Massively adorable!! I get obsessed with nut butters in that way too. They are just so good! The worry sets in when I start carting my tub to work in order to dip various things in it…that’s when I know I have a problem and need to lay off for a while…haha.

I have a saturday involving soccer and roller derby(!) and a sunday full of big easter dinner plans! Have a great one!

Haha, Maggie is adorable! My pup, Brandi, will do the same thing when someone leaves and she has to get left behind – race to the living room window and just stare out of it as the vehicle drives away.

No plans for the weekend although if I’m lucky then I’ll be able to work. I think that’s the first time I’ve ever wanted to work on the weekend.

Yumm, I love the White Chocolate PB :) It’s the perfect combo of sweet and salty! And it’s all healthy fat so why not indulge. Have you tried the Cinnamon Raisin?

Oooh, I also love the Monkeys on the jars…they make me giggle!

I’m doing lots of healthy easter baking and my first attempt at homemade whole wheat pizza crusts!!

It’s so nice to have someone waiting for you to come home, isn’t it? Dogs are great!

We are hanging with friends and family, going to church and chillin. I’m so looking forward to it.

Apples mixed in oats is my second fave way to eat them! First being fresh peaches and nectarines in the oats. Mmmm!
