Sunny Side

If I’m ever in charge of work weeks, I’m going for 3 day weekends as a permanent change.

2 days is just not enough!

Yesterday was a good day, but very busy. And by the time we got home from dinner last night, all I could do was put my homemade yogurt away, wash my face, and fall asleep.

But my yogurt turned out great, and my new bread adventure made for an amazing breakfast yesterday – but I’ll be posting about those later.

For now, breakfast!

There was this huge apple in our fruit drawer that needed to be eaten, so Nick and I split that this morning.

And I had eggs + oatbran! One of my favorite combinations.

A good and easy breakfast with a side of sunshine? That’s how I would like to always start my Mondays.

Off to tame this puppy and get to work!

What was the best part of your weekend?
