Only one more day until the weekend!
I’m just hoping this storm that’s on its way brings snow and not ice :\ I’d like to be able to go outside and play, and with ice…that’s not really an option. I guess we’ll see in the morning!
I love my lunch today.
Yup. More of my sourdough bread. I may have it with every meal today.
This time, spread with about a tablespoon of Sabra, 1 slice of swiss cheese and toasted.
I had my hummus + swiss toast with some Campbell’s Blended Veggie Soup (it’s great for a boxed soup!) and a HUGE salad.
This is what I love about working from home the most – being able to make WHAT I want, when I want. And not having to drag all this stuff to the office ;) Plus, we don’t have a kitchen at work, so I can’t toast anything anyways.
My salad was a great mix today:
- spinach / romaine base
- red onion
- sliced almonds
- dressing made with whole grain mustard (I’m out of dijon!), balsamic, and olive oil
I’m trying to hurry and eat so I can take Maggie out for a walk –
She’s ready to play!
