Good Wednesday morning! Finally, the day I’ve been waiting for :) We’re halfway through the week, and I couldn’t be happier about that.
Instead of oatmeal this morning, I wanted a green smoothie. But I didn’t have a muffin or anything like last week, so I decided to go back to basics and have toast.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had pb & j toast! I used some crunchy pb + Crofter’s North America jam.
My green smoothie was pretty simple, too:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3-4 cups spinach
- 1/2 banana
I’m excited to see how well this holds me over this morning ;)
PS: Do you know how hard it is to blog when you have a puppy attacking your hands, computer, and breakfast?!?
