Blech…my stomach is all topsy turvy this morning. I think pizza + reisen candy + going to bed super duper late and not sleeping well is not good for me. This was probably the latest I’ve gone to bed in a long time, and I’m feelin’ it today. Then, on top of going to bed late, I did not sleep well at all. I was awake for most of the night, tossing and turning.
I wanted something simple + easy on my tummy for breakfast.
No normal Sunday breakfast of eggs + bacon for me today.
All I wanted was a big bowl of oatmeal.
- 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, pinch salt
- sliced banana
- 1 Tbsp crunchy classic pb
Let’s hope this + that pepto I just took does its job.
