6 Things To Do on Tuesday

1. Have iced coffee to wake yourself up.

2. Enjoy a stacked lunch –

Stacked like so (broccoli + green beans, ww pasta, eggplant parm, sauce)…

and some watermelon from your local farmer’s market.

3. Enjoy a green smoothie for an afternoon snack

1 cup almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1/2 peach, 2-3 cups spinach, 1 cup ice cubes.

 

4. Run even though I still feel a little like this.

We had a pretty good, short run today. My equilibrium is still a little off, though. I don’t like it.

 

5. Heat up good leftovers.

Eat said leftovers on the couch, catching up on Top Chef, in your pajamas.

6. Break open some good chocolate  :)

    actually my most fav thing i had today was dried cranberries! I haven’t had those little guys in the longest time and i enjoyed them so much! :)

  5. Banana oats this morning take the cake, especially with the cool, crisp air and a mug of hot coffee.

  6. I made some homemade whole grain nut & seed bread today… had a chunk with dinner, which was the yummiest Cuban black bean soup with brown rice. The. Best. Dinner.

    Favorite food I ate today was my first ever Chobiani yogurt! Loved it.

  9. Mmm all your eats look yum! Espec the dark chocolate of course. The best thing I ate today was my dinner. Sauteed chicken and veggies with peanut sauce. I wish I could do it all over again :)

  10. Ooh I had iced coffee today, too. But the very best thing I ate was a gingerbread spice cupcake/muffin. Sooo yummy!

  12. Just ate today’s best treat. A bowl filled with a chopped up gala apple (sprinkled with cinnamon), some barbara’s shredded spoonfuls cereal, carob chips and a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter. DIVINEEEEEE :)

    But that chocolate bar sounds amazing, by the way!

  13. The best think I ate?! I think it was the tomato-tofu dish my mother made that I had after an amazing yoga class!! ;)
    But my breakfast is always a highlight of the day and every night I go to bed, I’m looking forward to it! :)
    Oh and thanks for the Hummus recipe in your last post. I have tried a few but wasn’t really happy with them, maybe this is IT…?!

    My favorite thing I ate was pumpkin loaf with my first pumpkin spiced latte from Starbucks for the season. I was so happy. It made a good dinner. :-)
