1. Have iced coffee to wake yourself up.
2. Enjoy a stacked lunch –
Stacked like so (broccoli + green beans, ww pasta, eggplant parm, sauce)…
and some watermelon from your local farmer’s market.
3. Enjoy a green smoothie for an afternoon snack
1 cup almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1/2 peach, 2-3 cups spinach, 1 cup ice cubes.
4. Run even though I still feel a little like this.
We had a pretty good, short run today. My equilibrium is still a little off, though. I don’t like it.
5. Heat up good leftovers.
Eat said leftovers on the couch, catching up on Top Chef, in your pajamas.
6. Break open some good chocolate :)
