Eggs-celent

Can you tell that we like routines?

Back to our Sunday breakfast  :)

We split a peach and had some grapes – these black grapes have been so good! Sometimes I forget how much I like grapes, but these were so good this past week that I bought more yesterday.

And the star of breakfast, as usual – 2 over easy eggs over oatbran with some salt, pepper, and ancho chile powder.

and Honduran coffee.

This is definitely one of the best ways to start my day.

Well, it would have been better with a run, too, but we’re saving that for later today! It’s finally supposed to be beautiful – sunny and in the high 70s – low 80s. I’m looking forward to a run later  :)

See you for lunch!
