Happy Monday morning! This is going to be fast + not too wordy since I’m trying to blog, eat, watch the news, and spend time with my sister and her husband!
Oatmeal is good for a hungry belly – I woke up starving this morning, so this is just what I needed.
- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup water, pinch salt
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- handful strawberries and blueberries
- 1 tsp ground flax
Plus a hard boiled egg for a little kick of protein
I’m hoping this gets me through my Monday morning – they’re always the busiest!
