…and it feels so good…
I can’t believe how much I missed my camera! It was only one night, but it felt so much longer! I was honestly just happy it was still in my office this morning when I walked in. I had a dream last night that it was gone when I got to work, so I was kind of freaking out this morning hoping it was still there.
This should be a fun recap of the day :) I’m going to see if I can do everything in one sentence, just for fun.
Coffee was awesome.
This isn’t the real picture of my lunch, but mine looked just like it.
I went out with coworkers so no pictures.
I had chicken fajitas with lettuce, tomato, guac, and salsa, plus 4 tortilla chips.
This picture is also a stand-in.
I got a scoop of the Chocolate Macadamia ice cream for my Free Ben & Jerry’s today.
God flipped the sunny switch right before we left work. :)
I ran 3.26 miles in 30:42, so I am happy!
Dinner was leftovers, with one change.
I had a stuffed pork chop, steamed broccoli with garlic/tomato seasoning, and a baked sweet potato with salt, cinnamon, and 1 tsp olive oil spread.
Okay – end of the one sentence stuff. That is hard! :)
I already have all my stuff done for tomorrow so I can just relax for the rest of the night – woohoo! The crockpot is ready, food is prepped, gym bag packed, lunch packed, and snack is ready.
Fun Blog News:
- Meghann is having a cool gum giveaway – check it out!
- Rose’s 15 MCC started today! Are you participating? I am. Today I ran up/down the stairwell 4 times and did wall pushups, side bends, windmills (is that still what they’re called?) and a few yoga poses.
- Erin’s Bake Sale is going on until Wednesday at 5 pm, so check it out if you haven’t already!
Do you lose stuff a lot? Do you always find it?
I think the scariest time I *thought* I lost something was when I came out of a grocery store (a very small one around here) and I did NOT SEE MY CAR. I started freaking out, my heart was felt like it was beating out of my chest, and I started panicking….until I walked a bit farther down the sidewalk and saw my car :) I guess I thought I parked closer to the door than I remembered. Oops! I’m so glad I didn’t have to call Nick and tell him our car was gone!

Great job, Brandi! So excited you’re participating! I’m now looking forward to going to work because I know I don’t have to sit all day :)
I had the same thing happen to me the other night after class. Definitely didn’t see my car – and in Baltimore, where my friends’ cars get broken into regularly. I realized after a few mins that I parked somewhere completely different. I’m such a scatter brain sometimes!
I lose stuff al the time but luckily, find it very fast. I always misplace my keys, even though I have like a 100 keychains!
Ah Ben and Jerry’s!!! I want, I want!
And haha, I lose things from time to time. Namely, I forget where I put my keys.
I always think I’ve lost my Moleskin notebook which has a bunch of embarrassing, personal things written in it… but I always find it. :)
And darn it, I missed my free cone today – yours looks delish!
Once I convinced myself that someone had broken into my apartment and stolen my camera because I couldn’t find it anywhere. Turns out it was just under a pillow haha.
I lose freakin’ everything lately—and never seem to uncover it.
someday.
someday.
(HELLO! Diamond earring…)
Glad you your camera was still there!
I lose things all the time and my DH always finds them for me. Shoes, books, keys, sunglasses, whatever.
