I’ve been dreaming about this since Thursday morning when I had it! I knew I had to have it again before all the cinnamon rolls were gone.
- 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, pinch salt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 Tbsp pecans
- 1 cinnamon roll
Think that’s enough carbs to start my day off? :)
This has got to be one of my favorite ways to start the weekend now.
I’m having a cup of coffee right now with Nick and watching the Today Show before we head out for the morning.
I’ve got a load of laundry in the dryer, and once I fold that, we’re off!
We’re going to:
- the Farmer’s Market
- Hokie football scrimmage
- grocery shopping
- home for lunch
