Well, we’re about to hit the road to head back home!
We had a good weekend, and I hate that we have to leave already – these always feel like such short trips.
My mom made her breakfast casserole this morning – yum :) I’ll try to remember to post the recipe later!
I had oen piece plus another bite of the casserole with some clementine pieces
Plus a Fage with some strawberries, banana, and TJ’s omega trek mix
And a cup of coffee to help keep me awake!
The Easter Bunny even stopped by our house this morning and left us each a little baggie of candy!
