BodyPump definitely pumped me up last night – I’m a little sore today! Not too bad, but I can feel it in my legs, arms, and back.
After I got up and showered, my stomach started grumbling super loud, and it was demanding some oatbran.
This morning, however, it looked like a war zone.
You know fruit – it’s always that age-old debate of fresh vs. dried, which one is better? Strawberries climbing over one another to get to the cranberries and show them who’s boss.
I had to line up a safe barrier between the two to keep them on their own sides.
- 1/2 cup oatbran, 1 cup water, pinch salt
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- 3 Tbsp TJ’s Omega Trek Mix
- cinnamon

I just finished up my own bowl of oat bran! Both types of fruit in your bowl look great!
every morning: almond butter or PB? It drives me nuts. I think I’ll combine them one day :)

My food sings, yells, screams, stomps and pouts. That is especially true of the candy I keep stashed in my candy drawer. :-)
carbs and cheese always win it for me. I can have a nice piece of steak but my attention would be diverted to the bread or potato beside it.
