So…what else was I supposed to have this morning when the leftover skillet apples were staring me in the face? :)
Need I say more?
- 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, pinch salt
- lots of cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp walnuts
- about 1/2 serving of the leftover apples
This will definitely go on regular rotation in the fall – it was so warm and spicy!
I’m about to dig into my green smoothie – these things are so addicting! I just feel good drinking them, which makes me want to drink more.
Who would think that this green monster would taste like banana and peanut butter?
This one has
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1.5 tsp PB2
- about 2 cups kale
Mondays are my busiest days at work, so I hope I have time to blog at lunch!
