blech. Sorry if this is fast, but my stomach is just mcgurlging away and not feeling so well.
Lunch was my submission for the Great Peanut Butter Exhibition #5 – Sandwich!
I’m not giving the recipe out yet, but I will once the contest is over this weekend. I’m calling it my Cinna-Spiced Chicken PB Wrap. It was good :)
The rest of my lunch included some of the baked bean dish and some corn.
This afternoon, our office went out for smoothies for the co-workers birthday that I had lunch with yesterday. I know – I had one yesterday! I got the same one as yesterday – kid size of the cran strawberry, and it was good and a nice afternoon snack.
We had BodyPump after work today and our normal teacher was back – thank goodness! That lady last week was just a bit too over the edge for me. I think it’s time to move up on the weights for some of the songs, too. I felt like I could do more on the bicep and back/hamstrings tracks, so I guess we’ll see what happens next week. I’m sure I’ll be supersore once I up the weights a bit, but that means I’m getting stronger!
After BodyPump, my stomach just started being really weird and gurgly. Nick really wanted to get a burger and onion rings from our favorite local place, The New River Grille, and I didn’t really feel like cooking since I wasn’t feeling so great, so I agreed.
Sorry I don’t have any pictures from dinner – I just forgot, mainly because I started feeling worse while we there eating. The big surprise? I didn’t get my normal buffalo burger and onion rings! My head wanted it, but I knew my stomach would not agree with that tonight, so I had some grilled chicken with blackened seasoning, green beans, and a side salad.
I’m off to get in my pj’s and work on editing this manual for a while, then hitting the hay!
Happy End to Hump Day!!!! Just 2 more days this week – I’m so excited :)
