Good morning – is it really only Tuesday? Yesterday felt like such a long day – it should be Friday already!
I got up this morning and did some of the yoga routine I remembered from the class I took for a while. It was nice, gentle stretch and helped to wake me up. I had a really hard time getting out of bed this morning. I don’t know if daylight savings is still affecting me or I’m just sleepy for some other reason. I am liking the longer days already and the nice weather, but it’s supposed to cool down again and be rainy later this week :(
Breakfast today was really good, thanks to the smoothie I never drank yesterday.
Eggs and grits
Some melon and strawberries
And my green smoothie from yesterday
This one has
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 2-3 cups kale
Yum!
I’m so happy my computer is back up and running, but that means today will probably be super busy since I have to catch up!
