I had such a hard time this morning deciding what I wanted in my oatmeal.
First, it was banana, strawberries, raspberries, and almonds.
Then it was frozen berries and nuts.
Then I remembered I still had some sweet potato left! So, sweet potato oats it was :)
Sweet Potato Banana Trail Mix Oats (that’s a mouthful!)
- 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, pinch salt
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- cinnamon – lots!
- 3 Tbsp TJ’s Nuts Over Raspberries / Chocolate mix – it’s almost gone!! :( Of course….saving the chocolate chips for the top
I love these little dried raspberries – they’re so good!
Check out that piece of sweet potato – just poking out to say good morning.
Plus a cup of milk
LOST was crazy as normal last night – I have no idea what’s going on sometimes, but I love it!
