Ready to Pump, Eat, and Get LOST

If you haven’t already, make sure to check out Caitlin’s post this morning about the Road ID and why it’s so important, along with the info for her Road ID giveaway.

Work isn’t as busy as it was yesterday, thank goodness, but I’m still ready for the day to be over!

Why?

  • BodyPump is after work and I’m ready!
  • I’m excited to try a new recipe tonight – I made it up in my head and it sounds like it will be good, so we’ll see  :)
  • LOST is on!

Today’s lunch was leftovers (surprise?) and still tasty.

I had the last of the ww gnocchi dish with some steamed veggies

Plus some strawberries

strawbrs

I’ll see you after BodyPump and dinner!

I’m so excited about starting a heart health series on Bran Appetit! I’m starting to get my ideas together and I hope to have the first part posted sometime in the next week. If there’s anything in particular you’re interested in (general heart health, heart healthy meals, exercise, etc), let me know and I’ll try my best to incorporate it into the series!

  4. What a great idea! I’d love to hear about why it’s important to step up cardiovascular workouts (i.e. what exactly does it do for your heart?) and HOW heart-healthy foods actually benefit your heart. :-)

  9. I totally have a question on the heart!!! I was wondering, is it ever considered unhealthy if you have a slower than average heart rate?? Mine goes at 56bpm (and this is when i didn’t work out AT ALL) and I have terrible circulation, yet at the hospital they claim this is “super healthy”??? I’m soo confused!!

OOOH and i can’t believe how red those berries are!!! Though mine are red, I don’t find them sweet for some reason!! STRANGE!

    I heart your blog! :)
