All I could think about last night was a big bowl of oatmeal.
Because I finally remembered to buy more pumpkin yesterday! And because oatmeal is quite possibly my favorite food ever.
Banana Pumpkin Trail Mix Oats
- 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, pinch salt
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- lots of cinnamon
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 3 Tbsp Nuts Over Raspberries TJ’s mix
Big bowl of oatmeal = big bowl of happiness
Plus some Hokie Milk –
